Yesterday it was seven and tomorrow it will be seven again. All these dogs are German Shepherds that were taken from a hoarding situation in the Antelope Valley area. All the dogs were removed and were brought to the Lancaster shelter, nearly 100 dogs total. The shelter was overloaded and not going to keep them very long. We will try to save as many as we can, but there will be many that we cannot. Rudy, the shepard pictured below, is now safe. He was labeled as aggressive, but was really just scared and confused. He has a new home already waiting for him where he will do well.
