As there were only two dogs for today’s transport to the clinic I waited around until they were done. The vet team did these two first so they were in and out in no time. As I waited, I observed how busy these folks are and what a well trained team they all are. If you ever have the time and or the opportunity to see a team such as this perform, take the time to watch. They are amazing to see. The two dogs were done and ready to go in an hour, faster than some fast food joints.
Playing Shuffle Pitties In The Kennel
Today I went to Orange County and picked up Kingston who has been in boarding for 4 months. I dropped him off at another kennel to be vetted for his flight north. Nobody likes to see them wait a long time in boarding, but sometimes it takes that long to find a good foster for particular dogs. I also picked up Tia Tia at another boarding facility and transported him to a different boarding facility to be vetted for his flight up north. Both are going to different rescues but on the same flight. At least now they have started on the road to their forever home. Both are great dogs and I am sure will find their home quickly up north.
