I picked up this high energy girl, named Sandy, from the shelter where she was an owner turn-in. They said she just chews up everything. Ruined the house. Must go. Now. Whether she died there or not didn’t seem to matter. My guess is that not enough attention was paid to her from whomever in the family first wanted her. I guess they didn’t research the different breeds well enough. Wonder who pays for that? Yep, the dog. This big girl needs a home with lots of kids so that they will take turns in tiring her out. It works every time. Well now she will have a chance to realize that dream as she is off to a wonderful rescue, who will be very careful where she will be calling home in the near future.
So Sad, Yet Still Loves
I picked this guy up at a shelter today and he is so afraid of people and shies away at the slightest touch, but he still wants to be petted, he’s just so afraid. I can only image his past. From his physical appearance he has not had much caring human involvement in his past life. I know all this will change where he is now going and he may not, but all this is for the best. It’s all downhill now, it will only get better.
