Today I met another transporter who brought Molly up from a shelter way south of L.A. Upon meeting Molly, I just couldn’t understand how she landed in a shelter. It’s not unheard of that when a senior goes into a hospice or hospital, first thing the kids do is dump the dog or cat at the nearest shelter. I sure wouldn’t want those folks around me. Well, that’s what happened to poor Molly. The rescue she is with now is working overtime to get her into a loving new and improved home ASAP. First time someone sees her I know she will be adopted quickly. So sad to be thought of as disposable by some; but thankfully not by all.
