No, I didn’t transport these guys, but I am providing them a safe refuge on their way to folks who will a lot more for them. It seems the owners just up and left them in the yard; no food, no water, but left a lot of flies. Some good folks picked them up and took them to a rescue friendly vet and notified me of their present circumstances. Yes, I said, we would take them; and we did. Tomorrow they will be back at a vet for full exams and to fix what ever else may be found wrong with them as I am sure they have never been to one before. Once vetted they will go for training and evaluation then it will decided which rescue they can go to. A long road, but a least they have started their journey to their forever home.

Harper And Roy On Their Way
Today was a big day for Roy. We’ve had him for a month and a half while he was vetted, sent to training and just enough recovery time to get back in shape after he was pulled from a shelter that didn’t do much for him, or the neglect from his previous owner. All is better and he is on his way. Good luck and we will be checkin’ on you from time to time.
Harper was a owner surrender that could no longer deal with him, so it was we take him or be put down. Luckily a rescue stepped up and Harper is now on his way to a new beginning or at least a better finish.
