His name is Otis. And Otis was in a hurry to leave the shelter, as this was his last day before he was to be killed. So yes, he was in a hurry to find a new patch to call home. He is actually very gentle and loaded and unload well. He has had some socialization as he handled well and walked fine on a leash. Although I only had him a short while before dropping him off at the vets to be fixed, what I can see is a dog looking to settle somewhere and just chill out. Good luck Otis, your time is now.

And We Were Frightened
Today these little ones from a shelter down south were also set to be PTS at 5pm. It just never ends. So many people must consider their dogs part of the furniture in the house, just to be discarded when they are old and start showing their age. I can only hope that karma comes back and bites them in the butt if they ever reach old age.
