I pulled this girl from the shelter today, one day after her return from the vets, where she had lost all her pups. Was she still confused as to where they were? I think so. She was very sweet and just wanted to be held. The rescue she is going to will have her adopted in no time and hopefully she will put this sad affair behind her and move on. We help as much as we can, the rest will be up to her.
I pulled this little fella from a shelter today as the rescue didn’t want him to die in a cold shelter kennel, all by himself. He is at a vets now, but his last diagnosis was retinal failure, which means kidney issues. Will he make it? No one knows, but the rescue wanted him to be warm and to know that someone loved him in his final minutes with us. Can’t ask for more than that.
