Today I pulled these three from a shelter and two were on the kill list for today. Looking at the photos, which two would you chose to die? Me, none, as they were all great little dogs. They will make someone a great companion and friend, when they get to their final forever home. Which won’t be long as they go north on Friday and will be at the rescues by Sunday afternoon. A long way from a barrel at the shelter. But some weren’t as lucky and they have a new home now too. So sad, so sick.

And What Do We Have Here?
No, it’s not from Amazon or a puppy home delivery service, just a terrier pup trying to keep dry on his way to the vets for his first visit. He was not feeling well and the shelter staff just wanted him kept warm and dry for the trip. Why such a cute little guy was turned into a shelter is beyond me, as anyone knows shelters are hard enough on adult dogs, for pups it can be a death sentence. Faster they get out, better chance to live they will have. Let’s hope we were in time for this little one.
