These were the 5 pitties I took up to the Seattle area on a private transport August 1 – 3. Sema, the black one, went directly to her adoptive parents home when we arrived. Myri, with the eye problem, went home with a rescuer. The others will be in boarding for a week or so, until room is made in foster homes. It was a long trip, with a 5 hour delay en route due to a brush fire which closed I-5 near Redding. All the dogs were wonderful and behaved so well. I never had a better group to transport over such a long distance. I am checking up on them every few days. So far all is well.

Off To The Vet We Go
Today I went to a Riverside boarding facility and picked up these 4 pitties that will join one more in boarding for transport up north. First we went to the vet’s to make sure that whatever issues they may have will be properly examined, get up to date shots, get heartworm tests and the health certificates that are required for going to a new home. After all that was done, off to boarding we went. They will be there until Wednesday then its off to the far north and a new beginning for all. The rescues they are going to is wonderful and has had a great adoption record with pitties. How they need a break.
