Animal Transport

Yep, it’s Toby’s time. He finally got sprung from the shelter and doesn’t he look happy?! Well he was. It might not look like he’s grinning from ear to ear, but he was. He was just a little in shock that he was finally on his way. He did he have a few medical issues, a whole bag full of meds for this happy camper. He will keep his future foster well occupied playing vet tech in their spare time. But that’s alright, he has a lot of love to give and is looking for that special someone to come into his life soon. And I am sure they will.

Today I went to the south L.A. shelter to pick up a dog I had put a CTA on and had it sent to the vets to get fixed and be ready to go today. Well it didn’t work out that way. He had been adopted out the same day I put the CTA on him, so he was gone. A second dog was there and already fixed so he was ready to go, but his brother was still there and nobody wanted him. Well I couldn’t seperate them so I called the rescue and they said fine, take him too. So I did. He is the short haired one. I pulled both of them and off to boarding we went to await the transport going north next week. At least they are both alive and will be together from here on.
