Today I was up by 1:00 a.m. in the morning to make a long trip out to pick this little one up at a boarding facility and get him back to the Van Nuys airport in time to make his 8:00 a.m. flight time. I arrived at the boarding facility and Dave was as nice as you can be after I drug him out of bed a little before 5:00 a.m. I loaded up Misty and off we went into the night. We made it to Van Nuys with time to spare (7:30 a.m.) and it was potty break time for all. Yes she did enjoy playing in the grass and being the puppy that she is. Someone is getting a wonderful dog down the road and they will never know the effort that many folks put in to get her there. We all keep in mind that it’s about the dog, not us.

A Furry Family
This little mom, pop, and pups were 1/2 of my transport today from one shelter. The pups were just little fur balls and so cute. Mom was very protective of the kids and dad could have cared less. As you can see from his photo, he is not too happy. He just wanted away from everybody. Mom was fine as long as she was away from the babies, as soon as she saw them, watch out, she did a Dr. Jeckel-Mr. Hyde thing. Oh well, I am sure she will change her mind the older they get, as all moms do.
