…as Norman is deaf and unless he is looking at you, doesn’t realize you are talking to him. And he doesn’t hear other dogs bark, so he thinks he is the only one who sees you. He is so cute and just wants to be held and reassured you know he is there. In Norman’s case, I don’t think his lack of hearing will slow him down on being adopted quickly and I think he will find his forever home much quicker than some.
Are We There Yet?
His name is Otis. And Otis was in a hurry to leave the shelter, as this was his last day before he was to be killed. So yes, he was in a hurry to find a new patch to call home. He is actually very gentle and loaded and unload well. He has had some socialization as he handled well and walked fine on a leash. Although I only had him a short while before dropping him off at the vets to be fixed, what I can see is a dog looking to settle somewhere and just chill out. Good luck Otis, your time is now.
