Thanks to Mindy, all these guys now have a chance to find that one home that will be their furever home. It’s always one dog at a time, but still so many need that chance. Some won’t get it and will be killed. It breaks our hearts, but we can’t save them all. Just one dog at a time is all we can do.

Today I picked up and transported this happy group to their first adoption outing at an adoption center in Thousand Oaks. They were excited to go, of course it’s a change to their normal routine at the shelter. Even though it’s one of the best shelters around, it’s still not home. They were very happy to be going somewhere and behaved like they did this all the time. At least I didn’t get bitten with this group. More than I can say with some. Oh well, it’s small price to pay if some get adopted.
